what is the truth?
Our culture currently wants to tell you that all truth is relative or that there is no such thing as truth. This is being said while ironically making an absolute truth claim about truth. Something isn't true just because a person believes in it. Believing in something that isn't true is not just a waste of time but can also be harmful to yourself or to others. Truth is something that reasonably aligns with the facts or with reality, not just someone's feelings or wishful thinking.
At Anchored Faith Ministries we are making it our priority to help guide people to:
FIND THE TRUTH, LIVE THE TURTH, and SPEAK THE TRUTH
The evidence overwhelmingly points to there being a God of the Universe who loves us and sent his son Jesus to die for us as our savior. We want to guide people to this truth and help them understand the impact that it has on their life.
C.S. Lewis said it well when stating "Christianity, if false, is of no importance, and if true, of infinite importance. The only thing it cannot be is moderately important."

Presentations/Speaking
We are well versed in laying out the evidence and speaking on different topics. We would love an opportunity to come speak at your church or small group. Topics we are well versed in include laying out the evidence for:
1. There being a God of the universe
2. Jesus being the son of God that died and rose again
3. What is the truth and how to speak it in a loving way.
3. How to have loving conversations about moral/political issues while staying anchored in the truth
4. The history and influence of Christianity in America and why Christisnity is still pertinent today.

Part of being a Christian is carrying out the great commission, so we're getting out into the culture as well as supporting others to do the same. This includes attending and hosting cultural and sporting events to share the good news of Jesus with others. This has included hosting a kids story hour visited by the actor and author Kirk Cameron, attending festivals, and even sponsoring and supporting others sharing the gospel at football tailgates.
