Right now we are providing a training guided toward Christians called Actually Speaking the Truth in Love.

Brief Summary:

  • Do you know how to articulate that there is a God of the universe and that Christianity is the truth and not just another religion?

  • Are you prepared to tell someone the truth when it comes to those sensitive moral/political topics and not just affirm their beliefs?

  • Can you have these conversations and do it convincingly and lovingly?

This is what Anchored Faith Ministries covers in its training Actually Speaking the Truth in Love. How to not just have these conversations but to have them lovingly and convincingly. This training is broken up into four sessions that are around 1 hour per session.

Session 1 - Covers what the truth actually is and how to prepare and navigate those tough conversations

Session 2 - Builds on what was learned in lesson 1 and goes into discussing and giving a practical application about how to have conversations about the more sensitive topics. Topics covering items such as:

  • Why is their evil and suffering in the world

  • The truth about abortion

  • The truth about the LGBTQ lifestyle

Session 3 - The evidence for God

Session 4 - The evidence for the reliability of the Bible and testimonies about Jesus

​If someone wants to prove Christianity is true or false, then they have to look at just 2 things. One is examining the evidence for there being a God of the universe and two, that Jesus was the son of God that died and rose again. These 2 things are what we call the fundamentals of Christianity that all Christians should be able to articulate to everyone. In sessions 3 and 4 we discuss how to share and navigate conversations about the truth of the gospel.

With these presentations, a training manual is provided that has the presentations notes, flow charts, and cheat sheets about different theological and moral topics. This will assist people to quickly and easily plan for those tough conversations.
